1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1 What is your Return Policy?

Yellow Turtle offers returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Yellow Turtle. 

Sales items are Final Sale are not eligible for return.

1.2 When will I receive my Refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping & Handling Fees Excluded in refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive back at our shop and for your refund to process.

Once a return is processed, a credit will be received in 3-5 business days.

1.3 Can I Exchange my item?

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
